Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation policy

Please note that changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may no longer be able to process your request, as the order may already be in progress. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. However, refunds are not issued for used, worn, or damaged items resulting from normal use or misuse. If you return an unauthorized item without a valid reason or outside the 30-day period, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

To initiate a return, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Our team must approve all returns before you send the product back. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Include your order number and shipping name in your return package for faster processing. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the items are damaged upon receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

After receiving your return, we need up to 10 business days to inspect the item(s). Once we confirm that the items are in perfect condition, please allow up to 40 business days from the confirmation date for your refund to be processed. If you have not received your refund after confirmation of processing and successful refund, please contact your bank or financial institution.

We do not offer refunds for used, worn, or damaged items due to normal use or misuse.

All refunds will be processed in US dollars ($USD) according to the original purchase price. Customers are responsible for all fees associated with foreign currency conversions or exchange rates.

Please follow all instructions for proper use and safety precautions provided with your product, as well as all available resources on our website. Failure to do so may result in damage or injury for which we cannot be held responsible. Any refunds or replacements will be decided at our discretion. Damaged items

We carefully package our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically damaged. Damaged packaging due to shipping, such as dents in boxes, but which contains the product in perfect condition, is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us and attach a clear photo of the damage. We will review your eligibility for a free replacement. We do not refund or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and delivery

Although we strive to deliver your order quickly, we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, or other factors that may occur during transit. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
